Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of the service

Coco OS is a private, internal-use application operated by Coco Style solely to run its own business (catalog, orders, customers, suppliers, communications, and reports). On the Meta platforms it appears as "CocoOS".

Access is restricted to people authorized by Coco Style. There is no open sign-up or service to third parties, it is not marketed as software, and it is not a consumer-facing platform.

2. Access and accounts

Accounts are personal and granted by invitation of the business owner. Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under their account.

Coco Style may create, suspend, or revoke access at any time according to the operational needs of the business.

3. Acceptable use

The tool must be used only for legitimate tasks related to running Coco Style. Using it for purposes unrelated to the business, compromising its security, or accessing data without authorization is prohibited.

4. Integrations with third-party platforms

Coco OS integrates with Tienda Nube (Coco Style's online store) and with the Meta platforms — WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger — in order to bring together in a single internal inbox the conversations and comments customers start with Coco Style, to reply to them, to send approved WhatsApp templates when the 24-hour customer-care window is closed, and to keep the template catalog in sync.

The integration operates only on Coco Style's own assets: its own WhatsApp Business account (WABA), its own Facebook page, and its own Instagram professional account. Coco OS does not access other businesses' assets, accounts, or data, and does not provide messaging services to third parties.

Use of those platforms is additionally subject to each provider's terms, including the Meta Platform Terms and the WhatsApp Business policies. Meta and Tienda Nube are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the operation of Coco OS.

5. Customer data and privacy

People who write to Coco Style on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger are not users of Coco OS and do not accept these terms: their messages are mirrored into the internal inbox for the sole purpose of allowing Coco Style to reply to them.

What data we process, for what purpose, how long we keep it, and how to request access, rectification, or deletion is described in our Privacy Policy, at os.cocostylecba.com/privacy. The deletion procedure is detailed at os.cocostylecba.com/data-deletion.

Internal users must handle customer data in accordance with that policy and with applicable regulations, and may not export it or use it for purposes unrelated to Coco Style's operation.

6. Business ownership and data

The data uploaded to and generated in Coco OS belongs to Coco Style. The software and its configuration are for internal use and are not licensed to third parties.

7. Availability and liability

As an evolving internal tool, the service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Coco Style assumes no liability toward third parties arising from the internal use of the application.

The availability of the messaging channels and of the store also depends on the Meta platforms and on Tienda Nube, whose operation Coco Style does not control.

8. Changes to these terms

Coco Style may update these terms when the operation of the tool or the requirements of the integrated platforms change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, identified by its last-updated date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of Córdoba, Argentina.
